• Maintenance of the health portal e-Balance (project management, marketing, graphics, support, and technology)
• Establishing a CRM-system (SUGAR-Suite) for the transaction of various processes (e.g.  automated invoicing, cancellation with reverse payment transactions, etc.)
• Creating and consuming APIs for payment service providers and other databases 
• Programming / Implementation of various modules (e.g. „Basic membership“, “ calorie calculator”, forum)
• Conceptual design, development, and support of the technological platform e-Balance, as well as white-label partner sites
